Haircuts from the Heart’s salon is located in one of Cincinnati's poorest neighborhood, Over-the-Rhine. We have provided professional hair care to the poor and homeless since 1995. An average of 1,500 services (haircuts, beard trims, shape-ups, relaxers, or perms) are provided to people in need.

Our walk-in-salon is open from Monday - Thursday 9:30 pm - 3:00 pm. Clients are referred to us by social service agencies, homeless shelters and churches that serve the community.
