Helping our clients maintain their dignity and self respect is of the upmost importance to us.

Our salon offers professional hair care services to those with low/no income. All clients must live at or below the federal poverty guideline.

Our salon requests a fee of $2.00 before service. Because most of our clients do not have money to spare for professional hair care, we encourage our clients to collect aluminum cans (which we recycle) in lieu of financial contribution.

Contributing to the cost of their hair care is incredibly meaningful to our clients. Many clients feel a renewed sense of self-determination by providing payment for their own haircut. At Haircuts from the Heart our clients are not peole who need hair care; they are partners in our ministry and organization.
